The Finnish Nature League, Luonto-Liitto, is a nation-wide non-governmental nature and environmental protection organization for children and the youth.
The Nature League's Southwest Finland District, Luonto-Liiton Varsinais-Suomen piiri (VASP), is one of the eight regional associations of the nation-wide organization. Most of our activities are located in Turku and the regions nearby.
Our activities include:
- Environmental activism and policy work: campaigns, courses on environmental themes, document movie nights, activist meetings, demonstrations and other events.
- Outdoor activities for young people (between 15 and 29 years of age): hiking trips, excursions, nature camps, courses on hiking skills and biological themes etc.
- Outdoor activities for children, and for families with small children: afternoon nature clubs, hiking trips, nature camps etc.
- Education: short courses on environmental and biological themes, on environmental education, on hiking skills etc.
- Association work: society meetings and palavers, paperwork on association burocracy and more.

Luonto-Liitto on vuonna 1943 perustettu lasten ja nuorten luonnonharrastus- ja ympäristönsuojelujärjestö. Tavoitteenamme on yhteiskunta, jossa arvostetaan luonnon moninaisuutta ja sen itseisarvoa.
